Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Home Care Aide (HCA):
Provide assistance in activities of daily living and complete necessary tasks to promote resident health, such as medication management and assistance, including assisting residents with basic hygiene needs, bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding. Promote continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of residents for whom care is provided. Maintain a clean, safe environment that reflects the presence and needs of each resident.
Required Skills:
- Great customer service
- Willingness to learn and motivation to help others
- Ability to safely lift and transfer residents
- Hands-on experience in performing duties as outlined in the summary
- Current Texas Certified Nurse Aide license is a plus
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, and own transport are a plus
